Thankfully, the same can’t be said of the Mafia III soundtrack, which looks absolutely bloody fantastic. There’s still time for 2K to turn it around, but after going hands on with it Mafia III was really just a bit of a disappointment. Not bad, but not really living up to its early promise. While their 1960’s-era booths have been absolutely first-rate, and their sense of pomp and theatre – the Live and Let Die-inspired New Orleans jazz funeral from E3 2016 was absolutely spectacular – the game itself has just been sort of OK-ish. ![]() We’ve had some mixed feelings towards Mafia III over the summer events schedule. ![]()
